As a bun-parent of two chaos makers, Mochi and Flopsy, I know first hand the specific dietary, social and (unfortunately!) cleaning needs of these balls of fluff and attitude. I have been a bun parent for over three years now, and I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in how to care for bunnies. I’ve fallen in love with the lifestyle and temperament of all things rabbit, and creating this little side business really is a recently realised dream-come-true.

The idea of Home Sweet Hop began when, like many of you, I found it quite difficult to find people who I trusted to look after my girls when I would travel for holidays, work and family commitments. They really do have their own special, unique needs compared to any other pet.

Because of this, I noticed a real gap in the market in Canberra and it’s surrounding areas not having enough trusted bunny sitters - so I thought, why not bring a great love and some side income together?
