Payment information
Home Sweet Hop offers payment via credit/debit card via Stripe.
Note: payment can also be made in cash on date of key handover or left in a safe place, as negotiated, or on day of booked service. If you would like to use this option, please reach out at homesweethop@gmail.com.
Refunds
Refunds are available due to change of mind prior to your appointment date/ time.
‘Service’ is defined as the day your bunny is being groomed, or the first day of bunny sitting (whichever comes first).
7 days before service date: Full refund.
Less than 48 hours prior to service date: 50% refund. Home Sweet Hop will keep 50% of the payment due to the likelihood of being unable to book another client within this time and subsequent impacts on the business.
Less than 24 hours prior to service date: No refund. Home Sweet Hop keeps 100% of the booking amount due to the high likelihood of being unable to book another client within this timeframe as well as likely having already attended the free meet and greet and arranged transport/ fuel and other expenses associated with the service.

Whilst Home Sweet Hop is experienced in grooming and trimming bunnies nails, if a bunny exhibits signs of high stress, Home Sweet Hop is able to make the decision to cancel the service. The client will not receive a refund if this occurs.
If you are unhappy with the service provided by Home Sweet Hop after your service(s) has been completed, please contact us and we will attempt to rectify any issues and resolve your issue(s). Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis if considered reasonable.
